RIP Heath

The Patriot is one of my favorite movies. Here is a video of Gabrial clips from the movie.

The lead character played by Heath, is one of my all time favorite male roles, and he played it perfectly!
Rest in Peace Actor Ledger. May the senseless deaths end soon as the business learns how to find the balance for actors and performers. My prayer is that in the future every actor will be trained in how to balance adrenaline and the highs and lows demanded by performance with whole foods nutrition, herbal therapies, and proper sleep rather than drugs and alchohol.
