177th Semiannual General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
This weekend is the time when Mormons stop everything for two days and focus on eight to ten hours of general conference.
As a family we like to shut down our lives, hunker down, and just revel in the spoken words of our living prophets.
It is always a spiritual boost.
The whole Conference is available on the internet in real time as an audio stream. It is also available on BYU television in real time, and the church usually posts the videos of the conference on the internet within a week or so of the conference taking place.
