This saturday I will be teaching a class on Provident Living here in my home in Colorado.
The class will be from 8:30 to 10:30 and we will discuss a variety of issues as well as enjoy some home cooked foods. I always make a loaf of whole grain bread, some muffins, and a pot of Hot Cracked Wheat Cereal. It is fun to see the looks on peoples faces when they taste these simple foods for the first time fresh out of the oven.
