Music – Choir Concert last night @JennyHatch
This is the main reason we sent our son to public school!
You cannot replicate a choir experience home schooling. During the early years when my big kids were home we belonged to a support group for homeschoolers that met every Friday.
We tried to do some musical things, but attendance was spotty, and although I managed to direct a musical (My Servant Joseph), weekly rehearsals meant we had a limited time to pull it together.
Powerful things happen when daily choir rehearsals are a part of a students life.
Ben had a good year in choir and I am so glad he was able to participate!
