I was the Music Director for this show back in 2006! 

One look at Cole Porters score and the utter insanity of that mish mash of music convinced me he must have been on crack while he wrote the songs! 

The music that was the result of such an outpouring of musical chaos   is some of the best in musical theatre.

I do not envy any company that takes it on.

Kiss Me Kate is a huge show within a show that riffs on Shakespeares Taming of the Shrew.

If you are currently in production, you have my condolences.
