Brad McQueen is suing the state of Arizona Department of Education #StopCommonCore

For those who have asked for additional information on why I am suing the AZ Department of Education:

This is a reprint of an article that appeared in the Daily Caller a year ago showing internal Department of Education emails where government bureaucrats disparage then retaliate against me for speaking out against Common Core.

This is why teachers do not speak out against Common Core in Arizona or in other states and this is why I felt I needed to file suit, with the help of the Goldwater Institute, against the Department of Education for 1st Amendment retaliation. I really don’t know if much has changed in the last year.

Let’s see how long this link stays active before the AZ Dept of Ed sends a complaint to Facebook to get it removed. When I tried to link to my original article that was picked up by The Daily Caller to this post it had already been flagged as a “bad” link and so I could not post it.
