Warning: Graphic images of an epidural procedure (needle insertion) View at your own discretion. Please do not argue with one another about natural vs. medicated labors. Every mother is entitled to make the choice that is best for her circumstances.

Many folks have asked to see photos of what an epidural procedure looks like, which is the pure intention of this video. It is NOT meant to promote OR discourage the use of an epidural during labor.

I encourage expectant mothers and their partners to consider hiring an experienced birth Doula and if possible, attend a quality childbirth education course. Support and knowledge can be very empowering.
