This thursday night from 6:30 to 8:00 PM I will be teaching my Childbirth Class here in our home in Cedar City. This weekly class is designed for couples, but labor support in the form of Doulas, Massage Therapists, and even Grandmas are welcome to attend.

Class costs $15.00 per week per couple. Labor support are welcome to attend for free.

Discounts are available to students. $5.00 off your first class and you will receive an additional $5.00 off the class every time you bring a new pregnant friend along with you!

YOGA

A second prenatal yoga class has been added to the lineup at Cedar Citys Yoga Shop. In addition to the couples class taught on saturdays, I will be teaching a class just for pregnant moms on monday evenings from 7:15 to 8:15 PM.
