Jenny recently relocated to Cedar City from Boulder Colorado where she taught childbirth for eight years as a Certified Bradley Method Childbirth Educator.
As a vibrant member of the online birth community she has spent the past fifteen years writing, making videos on natural family living, and creating pod casts with many of the movers and shakers of childbirth activism.
Since her first love is teaching she is very excited to share what she knows with The Yoga Shops patrons.
As the mother of five she has been overwhelmed by the friendly welcome her family has received from new friends in the Cedar Community.
I will be teaching an eight week Prenatal Yoga Class for Couples during November and December at the Yoga Shop.

This 8 week movement class is for pregnant women. The partner who expects to assist her with labor is also invited to attend for free.
Couples will be taught a variety of Yoga Postures and Dance Moves that will provide comfort measures to the mother and baby during pregnancy and labor.
Childbirth Educator Jenny Hatch has been teaching families the principles of Healthy Pregnancy since 1990.
Topics covered will include Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth, Couples Massage, Basic Ballroom Dance, Relaxation Techniques, and Essential Oils.
